OK – “generational” probably has to do with generations, right? And “diversity” means different types of people. So one could assume that together this means different generations. But, what does that have to do with Scouting or, more specifically, your troop or crew? Pat Wellen, manager of the Research and Strategy Team at the National Service Center, tells us how figuring out the right strategy to ask for parent participation specifically depends on what generation they’re from.
