Special needs can mean anything from a learning disability like dyslexia to hearing loss to a physical disability like cerebral palsy. Even if you don’t have any special needs youth in your den or pack, you’re sure to find this discussion with Warren Weener, the chair-elect of the National Disabilities Awareness Committee, very enlightening.
