A loyal listener contacted the CubCast mailbox and wanted to know if we could devote to entire episode on clever ways to get every parent involved in Den and Pack meetings. Well, we aim to please, so we invited the National Director of Cub Scouting Anthony Berger who was also a Cubmaster. His pack started with 8 boys and within a few short years grew to 35 with lots of parent participation (although it didn’t start out that way). Amy and Aaron discuss with Anthony the clever methods that he used to get almost every parent involved in the pack.
