Have you ever found yourself asking, “What does Scouting mean by ‘building character’?” Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, is conducting a study on how the Cub Scouting program instills kids with positive characteristics that may differ from other youth programs. This study is seeking to understand the impact that Scouting has on the development of character in the Cradle of Liberty Council in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
